• Trans-institutional target and quality criteria
• Improvement of the interface management within the area transition "school - work" Structures and procedures of an effective and efficient interface management are to be set-up and established
• Intensification of the counselling facilities so as to strengthen the procedural competence and self determination
• Intensification of a multi-professional information service for the vocational integration of young people with disabilities (effective and efficient counseling and networking structures for vocational integration)
